Finnegan is only waking us up once a night so we are a little less sleep deprived than the last time I emailed you. He is also responding to the basic training we have been doing- he will sit when asked and knows to sit by the sliding glass to be let out to go potty...although the other day he decided to launch out the door not knowing the screen door was closed!
It's a little bent but still usable. He is walking/responding well off the leash- he either wants to walk with us or be with Ziggy. Sometimes his nose distracts him, but not for long when he realizes he has fallen behind! We start puppy kindergarden tomorrow night.

Wilson/Ozzie update
This is a great way to start the day .....

The dog on the right is from last year's litter. Ozzie's "big sister".
... Ozzie/Wilson is thriving. He goes for play dates with his older sister and the other Big Dogs at Rebekah and Sam's house. He loves walks on a long leash. And he has discovered a craving for ice cubes ...
He has got to be the best pup ever!

Wagner Update
Wagner's (now Grady) family sent me a couple of photos to share. It sounds as though he is doing very well and he is full of energy as you can see. They say it is hard to get a picture of him as he is on the go but finally making it through the nights without messes to clean up in the morning. My guess is he's anxiously awaiting school to be out so he has his kids to play with more often.

In this 2nd one he looks like he is about to go after the little dog:

Puppy Updates
Maggie (Molly) is doing quite well and here she is demonstrating her pointing skills already!!

Dash in now Otis and he is fitting in quite well with his new siblings, Winslow the lab, and Georgie the German Wirehair....

Hank (Finnegan) is also doing very well ....

Wilson (Ozzie) is happy at his new home too:

I hope you all enjoy as much as I do!

His head is noticably larger and his legs are getting long. Still working on potty training. He is a smart little fella. He sits, he comes, he stays, he retrieves a stuffed pheasant I throw for him, we work at these everyday. Those teeth, he's always chewing. We take many walks, play retrieve the pheasant, chase the empty milk bottle (he loves to chew on it). He is so cute, those eyes....

Finnegan is a great boy- lot's of energy, but he can be very relaxed and sweet too. He and Ziggy turned a corner the other day and are now becoming best buds. Their play sessions in the backyard are hilarious!

Wilson (Ozzie) is happy at his new home too:
Ozzie is doing exceptionally well. I have never seen a pup so enthusiastic about responding to "come" although his enthusiasm for supper is also impressive.

I hope you all enjoy as much as I do!
