Monday, November 21 pictures .....

Saturday morning we took out the whelping box and I put a large kennel bottom in there to substitute as a bed along with an elevated bed which they love to climb on and hide under. This gives them much more room to run around and play. We are working on paper training and most of the time they are quite good about it, but then most of the time, I have lots of mopping to to regardless.

Food is mostly ground up puppy food with just a little baby cereal mixed in. B'Nellie loves to be on hand to finish up anything they can't eat.

Wednesday we will go outside for the first time. It looks like we are going to have a nice little stretch of weather that they can enjoy before experiencing their first snowfall.

All but two pups have been choosen for their new homes, and I think everyone is tickled with their choices. It was fun meeting those of you that came over to pick them out in person.

Bourbon and Belvedere were the first two born and were together alone for a long time before more pups came. I often find them laying close to each other. Probably just a coincidence....


While all the others sleep in the new bed, Bacardi is hoping for some snuggle time .... he got it too....
